sea water is easily available for countries with coast. if scientists come out with productive & cheaper solution of producing hydrogen fuel from water ,then sea water will be the crude fuel which will have to be refined.

countries without sea coast will depend upon rain water, snow etc. but then the quantity obtained / available will be limited.

only those countries with sea coast will have ample amount of water to be pumped in and produce fuel.

& hence be rich.

Water is H2O right? They separate the hydrogen from the oxygen by electrolysis then burn the hydrogen.
Say a car uses 5 litres of water. Is that 5 litres less of the total water on earth?
I thought there was a set amount of water on earth and nothing could change that…
