2000 Doge Intrepid i went to an auto shop asked for some coolant for my car since i have been running my car with just water never had a problem but one day i told myself i wanna put coolant in my car instead of water now when i run my car with coolant it over heats after driving it for about 20 minutes i drained coolant added plain water and car runs fine can someone tell me whats going on with my car it likes water but not antifreeze coolant ???

It was raining so bad lastnight that we didnt realize we were in such deep water tell it was to late.. Well the car shut off and wont start again this was lastnight we havent tried it since then… Well after pushing it out of the water we realized that the oil was coming out. I was told not to drive it tell the car drys out and to change the oil b4 trying to start again.. Is this correct? Or is there something else i should also be worried about? Its a 1997 Olds Aurora. This car was/is the best car id ever had.. Ive never had any problems with it at all.

A person who wants to create a water fuel cell needs to purchase only four gallons of distilled water and a box of baking soda. Both of these will cost only about $ 5, compared to how much you have to pay for gas, it is nothing.

Water fuel cells are cost effective, easy to create and free of pollution. The use of water for gas is being adapted presently by the automotive industry. I not an expert on arrow dynamics, but I really want to know if you put a wing on your car, will say mounted centered on your cars balance point. Lets say this wing wasn’t like those ricers trying to produce down force so there civic doesn’t fly off the highway, but a wing that produced lift, this could improve the gas mileage of your car. I’m thinking it could even be mechanical in some way providing various amounts of lift, but on the highway you could make a 3000lb car drive like it was 2000lbs. That’s a big ass difference, i just don’t know how crazy drag would be on the wing itself, but I was just reading about something called the tube plane, a large percentage of its lift was created with the main body of the plane, technology is a far larger market than oil, driving around in vehicles shaped like bricks isn’t helping MPG’s. Any comments

I have a question about 2 of the cars my parents have…

One is a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona (Go Mango)… beautiful car, but the gas mileage is what’s making my dad consider getting rid of it, because of rising gas prices…

The other is one of my parent’s work vehicles, which is a 2003 Chevy Express 3500 (15-passenger van)… It averages around 13-15 between city and highway (6.0L 360ci. V8)

The question for these 2 vehicles is how to improve gas mileage other than exhaust mods, CAI’s, and other stuff… The main thing I am asking for is will using a power programmer help fuel efficiency? because if you can improve horsepower, you can also decrease horsepower by reducing the amount of fuel and air going in, right??

So is it possible to use a programmer to reduce the amount of fuel and air to keep it at the ratio it should be at while lowering horse and improving gas mileage?
One of the other cars they have is a 1991 Toyota Corolla… why is it that it’s supposed to get 23-25 in town and about 27 on the highway when it gets about 24 in town and about 40 on the highway?? (3-speed auto with overdrive)

What can be done to help improve gas mileage in town on this car?
