In the video suggested, it is actually declared that the exhaust is water, and that the fuel is made from water using MASSIVE amounts of electricity, making it very expensive.
This technology has been around for years and is used by NASA as rocket fuel.
You would not be able to fill up from your kitchen tap, but would still have to buy the “HHO” (either a hydrogen and hydrogen-oxide mixture or hydrogen and oxygen mixture) from a garage. What’s more, this fuel would be stored in gaseous form, which would make it far more unstable (more likely to blow up) than petrol or diesel.
Lastly, it would take more energy to create the “HHO” in a factory than could be released by the fuel in the engine.
To conclude, the reason this is not common is because it is expensive, would need a new infrastructure to deliver to the consumer and it’s not really any better for the environment than petrol.
I used this program and it worked amazing!http://tinyurl.com/6zuw7j

If this will be implemented oild/fuel dealers will lost their business… Also Modification on the cars/auto will be done to adapt to this technology…
I think Car makers and fuel dealers are partners in their business they will not make or commit to this technology. IMHO.

Google Stanley Myers.
This is very interesting stuff - I’m sure that Exxon/Mobile isn’t leading the R&D on this technology

yes, basically, that is allow you to install a “water Powered” car kit in your car boot. This will allow you to convert water to hydrogen.
As a result of that, you car will be are to run car on hydrogen with gas, and you can save 50% of your fuel consumption.
