Did it in 1972, you just crack the water into oxygen and hydrogen by using a high voltage then burn the resultant gasses, I had an engine running for 6 hours but it had little power as the cracking method was not very efficient.

Yeah I have seen a few of thoes systems in cars recently. Its a very high maintenance system that when working doesn’t work very well and you end up spending more money on it then the gas you would have bought.

It does not seem like a scam. You can find the info for free and build it yourself. This is the type of project where no one can claim a patten on the idea because the technology has been around for years. Making it efficent is dificult but it will incress you mpg.

that is actually install a conversion kit in your car. this kit will generate liquid hydrogen from water.
This is quite similar to hybrid car. so you car will use less gas on the road, and you can save up to 50% from the fuel cost
